“Today, when I started walking, my feet were the first to protest. Every step felt incredibly heavy, as if my legs were made of iron. Every movement required an enormous amount of effort. My body was clearly telling me: “No.”
The Body Protests
When your mind says yes, even when your body says “No.”
This morning, I woke up with one thought in my mind: I want to walk 25 Kilometers.
So often, we set a goal for ourselves, and before we even try, our own mind starts telling us that we can’t do it.

Today, when I started walking, my feet were the first to protest. Every step felt incredibly heavy, as if my legs were made of iron. Every movement required an enormous amount of effort. My body was clearly telling me: “No.”
But I took a deep breath and told myself:
“This is also in my mind.”
And I kept going.
One More Step
Because so many times, we are the ones who build the limits we believe exist. We convince ourselves that something is too difficult, too far, too exhausting, or simply impossible.
Today, I decided not to listen to that voice.
Today, I listened to the one that said: one more step.
And so, step by step, breath by breath, I reached 25.14 Kilometers. 🥹❤️

A beautiful sunrise
It’s More Than A Physical Victory
My body said I couldn’t do it.
My mind said yes.
And today, I learned once again that we are often capable of going much farther than we think.
It isn’t always about having the strength. Sometimes, it’s simply about refusing to stop.
25.14 km.
One step at a time.
A battle with myself.
And a victory that today was not only physical. ❤️🔥
